Section 34
Hearing Arrangements
(1) The Juvenile Court shall consider the age of the child and his maturity to hear the case in a child-friendly environment.
(2) The juvenile court shall make the child a participant in the hearing of the case and shall provide him with an opportunity to express his opinion freely.
